Purchases and refunds

At IPM we are delighted that you have shopped with us. Although we do understand that sometimes you may want to return items. That is why we have some refund policies that will not affect your statutory rights:

  1. When returning a product back to the company, we will analyse the returned product/s then notify you via e-mail of what refund you are entitled to.
  2. A refund will be supplied in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return.
  3. If your refund has not been returned to you by four weeks then please email info@ipmtv.com for further assistance.

Why You Can Claim For a Refund

  • Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect

- If you have received a product which is damaged, defective or it is a product sent by mistake we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it back to the company.

- If the product is damaged or defective we can only provide a replacement product.

- IPM will check ALL items returned as damage or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the product/s and to recover our fees and expense from you

- You have seven days from the day of delivery to make a claim

  • Items returned within the seven working period

- Please refer to your statutory rights below

- Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day period, and there has been no physical error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item according to these policies; where you are returning a product that was part of a larger order- the company will only refund the cost of that particular product, where you are returning an entire order- we will refund each item, we will only refund only standard [airmail] postage charges for items charges for items delivered outside the UK.

- We will NOT subsidise any payments of posting which you have incurred when sending products back to the company, unless you return the product back to to company because of an error on our part or because of defect to the product/s.

To claim for a refund or to ask for a replacement item please email info@ipmtv.com and explain to us why you wish to return your item.

Your Statutory Rights

By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item was delivered.

We regret we cannot accept any cancellations on DVDs, CDs or items where the item has been unsealed by the customer. Also we cannot accept any cancellations of Books or cards if they are damaged after being delivered- this can include creases in the spine of the book, or damages to any pages or cards.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item to us unless there was an error on our part or the item was damaged or defective before being delivered. .

Once your order has entered the delivery stage of the transaction you will not be able to cancel your order you have to wait until the items have been delivered then start the return process.
